So far I like Dr. Valencia very much and believe her to be competent and caring. The office staff is very efficient. They texted me and called me before my 8 AM appointment to let me know my visit would begin a little late, but I was still treated and out the door well before I had planned to be on my way back to work.

My experience in the waiting room with the office staff was helpful and professional. I did feel filling out the forms in such detail with all my medical information was excessive for the purpose of my visit.
To my delight, Dr. Valencia diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally, putting my mind to rest. She’s an excellent practitioner with a great “bedside manner”, putting my mind at ease and annualized my problem efficiently and corrected it immediately.
I also appreciated having a comfortable and attractive office space.
